Cancellation Policy
This deposit is final and is non refundable. If you're unable to attend/host an event, we recommend looking at alternate dates or change to a voucher! At a minimum 14 days notice for full venue hire is required for change to cash voucher if the event does have to be cancelled. Deposit will be lost if the event is cancelled within 14 days notice of the event (72 hours required for non exclusive hire of the venue for a change to cash voucher and lost within 72 hours)
Last minute cancellation due to exceptional circumstances
~ Illness: In the case that the participant is unable to attend due to an illness, please email a medical certificate and your booking reference (beginning with ‘R’) to bookings@correttodeewhy.com by no later than 12pm on the day of your event booking. Our team will be in touch within 5 working days. All booking cancellations in the case of illness will be offered a change of booking date minus booking fees and administration fee of $5 per person.
a) In the case that your class or event date falls on a day of government enforced lockdown for the NSW region, our events team will contact you as quickly as possible following the lockdown announcement. Effected participants will have the option to change their booking date to a future class or event date, or be issued with a cash voucher that can be used to book for a future event.
